It is important to us that where we hold personal information about you, this is accurate and up to date therefore as part of this policy users are required to update information regularly. You are entitled to know what personal information Caring Alone Support Service holds about you and you also have the right to have this information deleted, updated or corrected and can also request your account with us to be cancelled at anytime by email and we will normally cancel within 48hours of such notice please beware that information about you can be held for up to 5 years even when your account is deleted.
